Started strip illustration work in a variety of independent literary/art magazines such as BBR, Works, Zero Hour. Colour cover for Strange Attractor # 1. Cartoon work for Leeds Other Paper. Open exhibition in Mirfield.

1996 – 1998

Open exhibition in Worcester City Gallery. Started cartoon work and had work published in Punch, Journal Of Silly, Breakfast All Day (Fra), The Oldie. About this time also had a special solo feature in Lateral Moves, described as, ‘Demon Illustrator’.

1999 – 2004

Recycling leaflet for Wychavon District Council. Long running Sci Fi strip in The Third Alternative, one of Europe’s foremost fiction magazine. Additional illustration work in TTA. Commissioned to produce the internal illustrations for Mat Coward’s book, ‘Success… And How To Avoid it’ (published 2005 - TTA Press).

Two volumes of cartoon work (one with Goddard) entitled, ‘Rage Before Croquet’. Penned over 300 cartoons and illustrations over this period for various projects including two long term, open ended publishing projects: ‘I, Rodent’ © and  ‘Dirtdog’ ©

2005 – Present

Succesful applications to Number 8 Open Exhibition in 2005, 2006 and 2008. Solo's at Number 8, Evesham Arts Centre, Ross On Wye.

Founded an artists collective of ten artists with the aim of generating higher visibility and more exhibition space nationally via a mutual support network. This is the Rogue Gene Collective and the Art 4 network.

Work on display in Malta (Artbeat Malta), USA (Austin TX and San Francisco CA) and the UK. Work in the private collection of the Mayor of Chelmsford.

Work also selected for an International calendar. Rob gets page 22.12.2008.

Future...

Acrylic painting and exhibitions. Environmental awareness work. Big investment of time with Rogue Gene exhibitions throughout 2008 nationally.

Exhibitions in Pershore, Evesham, Kidderminster, Droitwich, Braintree, Leominster, Colchester and London scheduled for 2008. Currently studying for a BA.

Confirmed for Gloucester Guildhall Sept 2010.
